Really? And…
Sometimes I look at what’s fashionable and think to myself “what the heck were they thinking?” I mean, I know everyone has different taste but these are fugly (IMO only of course.) And for $955 (first pair), I’d buy some classic Louboutins in a heart beat….
Oh well…to each her own…
Now these…these scream my name. And they are now mine (or at least they will be Friday when they arrive) Fairly certain I have no shoes in this particular shade of pink… :)
But I think I have always been more of a “classics” kind of girl, so the trendy stuff simply doesn’t appeal to me…..or maybe I’m just getting old :)

I think you have great taste. I love your fashion sense – well from your blog that is. Fashion should be all about personal choice but unfortunately for many women it’s about following what’s trendy. Someone’s personal style can too often be determined by what celebrities are wearing as opposed to what really looks and feels good on us. But that’s just my opinion. ;)

Aww, thanks :) I tend to the more classic/preppie look but with a twist (like 4to5″ heels!)
Yeah, a lot of people are sheep so they just go with what’s trendy, which is fine if you really like it. But not just because it’s “cool”. The celebrities listen to Anna Wintour and then the masses read People and see the celebs in it and then buy the cheaper version at the mall. My rule is if you see it in People or US magazine – it’s already on it’s way out :) Which again – if you really like something, who cares. But if you are doing it to be cool, you are probably already too late anyway :)

meh -I’m sure you could rock whatever you wanted to wear – I still wear loafers from my university days and that was (it seems) a million years ago. bottom line is if you like it, who cares what anyone else thinks.
